Training and Development
At POV Group, we do not just faciliate training, but we design, develop and train personnel and prospective employees on programmes that are problem-based and integrated with practical experience.
Our highly qualified team of experts and tutors with relevant expereince are responsible for the delivery to ensure that the maximum expected outcomes of each training programme are ahceived.
Our Flagship Programme: ImpaKt Leadership Incubators
Our programme includes a number of inter-related activities that involve different stakeholders in the school, the principal, communities and learners with a special emphasis on Grade 10, 11 and 12 learners. We draw mentors from a pool of graduates and professionals who come from the local communities to influence the youth (learners) by creating a network of influence, whereby based on career aspirations and skills, learners are mentored over during their schooling days and at university level.
This way we aim to build vibrant communities of catalysts for positive change. Other activities occur in the school and community environment allowing large portions of the school community to become involved and also enabler communities to create a multiplier effect.
Our course facilitators are highly qualified with extensive practical experience and they provide a solution based programmes which will help our clients to achieve best results.

-Risk, Corporate Governance and Ethics Courses
-Communication and Leadership Courses
Since 2015, we have delivered these programme to many public entities in partnership with CCM Training, our training delivery partners. These services can also be delivered at the premises of the client to enhance practical learning, while we encourage an external environment.

To Become a Mentor Click (Mentorship) and To Take a Leaners to TVET and University Donate (Donation). You chan can also Donate School Uniforms, Shoes, Sanitary Towels by Clicking (School Support). ImpaKt Leadership Incubators will issue you with a Section 18A Certificate for SARS allowance.
At POV Group we know that it takes a village to raise a child.
